Cancellations/returns and refunds:

Our goal is to give you a great shopping experience each time you visit our website. If at any time, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the paid price within 48 hours of delivery of the products at the warehouse.

SAY WOW STORE hopes that you will never cancel or return a product but for some reason, if you have to then this policy will help guide you on the steps for a quick resolution.

  1. If your order has not been shipped yet: any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled. the amount paid by you (for prepaid orders) will be refunded to you within 7 to 10 working days as per banking practices and the method of payment.
  2. If your order was damaged when received: we take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you without any defects. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered may get damaged in transit. We request you to let us know about the damage of the product within 24 hours of delivery along with a photograph of the packaging and product as received. If you notify SAY WOW STORE of the defect or damage within 24 hours of delivery you can choose either a replacement of the same product or cancel the order. any complaints of defects or damages received by beyond 24 hours may be decided by SAY WOW STORE
  3. Incorrect items received – we are proud of our robust processes, but due to some error if you have received a wrong item then we will get the wrong item picked up and dispatch the correct item on top priority

any other reason for cancellation or return would be handled on a case-to-case basis.

Mode and manner:

We offer our customers an ’Easy return policy, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 2 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

  1. a) step 1: contact our customer support team via email ([email protected]) within 2 business days of receiving the order.
  2. b) step 2: provide us with your order id details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  3. c) step 3: we will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. we will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Please note: if your product was accompanied by a free gift, the free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

A return can be created at the item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

 

Processing refunds

All requests for returns/replacements/refunds will be processed only after the products have been received and verified by SAY WOW STORE at our warehouse

(1) For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 2 to 5 working days of us receiving the products back. it may take 5 to 7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

(2) For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. this process will be completed within 2 to 4 working days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. it will take an additional 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 

How long will the refund process take?

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers, the time taken for a refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delays for nationalized banks. Banks send SMS to customers for credit amounts of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.

 

 Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

 (3) If the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.

 (4) If the product is returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if the original packaging is damaged

 (5) Ihe serial number is tampered with.

 (6) Defective products that are not covered under seller/manufacturer’s warranty

 (7) If the product is used or altered

 (8) If the request is initiated after 2 business days of order delivery

 (9) If the product is a free product provided by the brand

 (10) Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues
